Team and Small Group Leadership Training

My training at the Columbia University School of Social Work specialized in Group Work.  This applies to team leadership, group therapy, residential groups, church groups, management groups and any other application where a leader is helping a small group accomplish something important to the group or team members.  I have run well over 10,000 group sessions and team meetings and trained hundreds of people.
